Fresh truffles are carefully selected. Spoiled truffles are disposed. We only use whole fresh truffles and no semifinished raw material.
Step 2: Truffles Washing
Truffles are carefully washed to ensure maximum food safety.
Step 3: Mixing and Cooking
Mixing ingredients combines flavors and textures, creating harmonious and smoothculinary delights.
Step 4: Bottling
Our facility is equipped with modern systems
Step 5: Sterilization
Autoclave sterilization at 121 celcius degrees ensures complete elimination of microorganisms
